Why We Built This Site
A search can lead to an incomplete result when it checks only one source. A statewide warrant result does not replace a court docket, and a sheriff's records request does not ask a judge to recall an order. Juab County has a Fourth District Court for felony and class A matters, a county Justice Court, and Nephi City Justice Court for matters within that court's jurisdiction. Levan's former Justice Court closed in 2021, with its cases transferred to the county court. These distinctions change where a person should ask about a citation, hearing, or warrant entry.
The goal here is to identify a useful starting point, explain which office controls a record, and preserve details such as local hours, filing routes, public access limits, and the lack of a published county warrant roster. We describe the available public sources and state when a source does not establish a local search service.
What You Will Find Here
- Statewide search: where to reach the Utah BCI warrant search and what it can and cannot establish.
- County records: the Juab County Sheriff's public records address, GRAMA route, fee information, and limits of that records channel.
- Court routes: contacts for Fourth District Court, Juab County Justice Court, and Nephi City Justice Court, with local schedule and payment details where documented.
- Case-specific pages: guidance for bench, arrest, traffic, municipal, and outstanding warrant questions.
- City profiles: Nephi, Mona, Levan, Rocky Ridge, and Eureka, each reflecting its own local contacts and records limits.
The site does not claim that any listed office maintains a public warrant roster unless a source verifies it. For most case questions, the citation's court name and number are more useful than the location alone.
What This Reference Cannot Do
Juab County Warrant Records is privately operated. It is not affiliated with Utah, Juab County, a city, a court, or law enforcement. We cannot run an official warrant check, confirm that a person has an active order, recall or clear a warrant, accept bond, arrange an appearance, or provide legal advice. We do not hold the official docket or the Sheriff's records.
Only the court that issued or now controls a warrant can confirm its case status or recall it. The relevant law-enforcement agency can answer questions about its own records and duties.
Search Partners and Sponsored Results
Search boxes displayed on some pages may be operated by third-party companies. Those providers set their own service terms, pricing, and data practices. If a visitor follows a sponsored result or purchases a partner service, the site may receive a referral fee. A partner's result is not an official Utah warrant check and may not be complete or current.
Use government court and agency sources to verify a matter. Review an outside provider's privacy policy before submitting information to its service.
