Juab County Warrant RecordsJuab County Warrant Records

This directory routes official Juab County warrant questions to the court or agency that holds the record. The private site cannot confirm, recall, or clear a warrant. Keep the citation or case number nearby, call the named court first for judicial status, and use the Sheriff's records division only for records and services it maintains.

This Is Not a Government Office. Juab County Warrant Records is a private reference site. It cannot confirm a warrant, change a court record, accept bond, schedule a surrender, or provide legal advice. Call the issuing court for case status and a law-enforcement office for its own records.

Start with the Court Named on the Paper

A bench warrant is tied to a court case. Read the citation, summons, or court notice and use its current court name and case number when calling. If an older Levan record names a dissolved town court, ask Juab County Justice Court whether the matter transferred there. If a document names Nephi City Justice Court or Fourth District Court, contact that clerk instead.

Utah BCI also operates a public statewide warrant search. It can provide a lead, but a court clerk remains the source for whether a case is active, a hearing is required, or a warrant has been recalled.

Juab County Sheriff's Records Division

Address: 425 W Sheeplane Drive, Nephi, UT 84648
Phone: (435) 623-1344, option 3
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.

The Sheriff's records office accepts public records requests through its GRAMA process. Its form lists a $15 fee for up to ten pages, and a response may take up to ten business days. Ask the office for current fees and timing before submitting a request. This is a records channel; it is not a published active-warrant roster or a guarantee that staff can confirm court status by phone.

For a jail record or a request about an incident held by the Sheriff, describe the record and date as clearly as possible. A court docket request should go to the court that keeps the case.

Juab County Justice Court

Address: 160 N Main, Nephi, UT 84648
Phone: (435) 623-3440
Email: jcjuab@utcourts.gov
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Call this clerk for cases filed in Juab County Justice Court, including transferred Levan matters. Give the case number and ask about the current docket, next setting, and the proper method to address an outstanding court order. The clerk's public contact does not establish a separate warrant phone line.

Fourth District Court in Nephi

Address: 102 E 200 N, Nephi, UT
Phone: (435) 623-0901

Fourth District Court handles felony and class A criminal matters in this county. Use the court name on the case paperwork and ask its clerk about the current file. A Justice Court citation should be directed to the named Justice Court, even if the matter is connected to a more serious case elsewhere.

Nephi City Justice Court

Address: 160 N Main, Nephi, UT
Phone: (435) 623-1263
Email: jcjuab@utcourts.gov

The city court has Monday sessions except holidays and operates on a part-time schedule. The court's public information notes that callers may reach voicemail. It does not accept credit-card payments by phone; the after-hours hallway drop box is an option described by the court for court materials. Call first to confirm the current schedule and how a filing should be delivered.

For payment, read the current court instructions and use the citation or case number. Do not assume that paying a balance automatically recalls a warrant; ask the court about the order's status.

Nephi Police Department Records

Address: 42 E 200 N, Nephi, UT
Phone: (435) 623-1626
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to noon.

For after-hours non-emergency contact, Nephi lists Valley Dispatch at (801) 798-5600. The Police Department has its own public records route for records it maintains. That route is not a substitute for contacting the court that issued a warrant or setting a hearing.

Which Office Should Receive a Records Request?

  • Warrant or hearing status: the court named on the case.
  • Nephi police report: Nephi Police Department records.
  • Sheriff report or jail record: Juab County Sheriff's records division.
  • City-held document: the relevant city office, such as Mona, Levan, Rocky Ridge, or Eureka.

Utah GRAMA requests go to the agency that maintains the record. The State Archives' open-records portal explains state request options. Court access has separate rules, and juvenile, sealed, expunged, and protected records may not be publicly available.
