Juab County Municipal Court Warrants
Nephi City Justice Court is the verified municipal-court channel in Juab County. It handles city citations, traffic, and ordinance matters. Its judge may issue a bench warrant after a required appearance is missed. The court keeps its own case file, separate from the county Justice Court and Fourth District Court.
Do not assume every incorporated place runs a court. A city name on a citation may lead to a county court, especially after a local court has closed. Use BCI for a statewide warrant lead, then confirm the named court directly.
Juab County Municipal Warrants in Nephi
Nephi City Justice Court is at 160 N Main and answers at (435) 623-1263. The page says court is held Mondays, excluding holidays, and asks callers to leave a message outside the part-time schedule. The public email is jcjuab@utcourts.gov, also used by the county Justice Court.
Its contact page includes citation, payment, MyCase, and Xchange routes, but no separate warrant roster. Ask the clerk whether a missed city date created a bench warrant and what the judge requires.
Nephi City's homepage provides the municipal contact route.
It is a court contact page, not a public name list.

Levan's Transfer Changed Juab County Warrants
Utah Judicial Council minutes document Levan Town Justice Court's dissolution effective April 1, 2021, with cases transferred to Juab County Justice Court. The change means a Levan citation can name a town where the event occurred while the county court now holds the file.
The Council minutes are the source for the transfer. Levan Town Hall at 20 N Main is a town office, not a current warrant counter.
Checking a Juab County Municipal Court Warrant
Use BCI for the statewide search, then call the court identified by the result or citation. Nephi City Justice Court uses the citation or court case number to route payment questions. Its payment page is not a warrant-only search, and the public form fields for BCI could not be verified.
- Open BCI's statewide search and follow the public form instructions.
- Use the citation or case number to locate the proper city or county court file.
- Call Nephi City Justice Court at (435) 623-1263 for Nephi matters.
- For other locations, call the court printed on the ticket or Juab County Justice Court at (435) 623-3440.
Mona's Court Request and Juab County Warrant Routing
Utah Judicial Council materials from 2017 record Mona's request to establish a Justice Court. That historical request does not show that a current court or warrant portal exists. Mona's official city office is at 20 W Center, with a public phone at (435) 623-4913.
For a present citation, follow the court printed on the ticket. If no court is named, call the city office for routing or Juab County Justice Court at (435) 623-3440. Do not assume the city can confirm a court warrant.
Inside a Juab County Municipal Court Warrant
No Juab municipal portal exposed a public warrant record sample during research. Nephi's public pages provide contact and payment information, but they do not verify a warrant-number format, bond field, or display status. Ask the clerk to identify the case and tell you which details are public.
| Case identifier | Use citation or court case number; no local warrant-number format was verified. |
|---|---|
| Charge | City traffic, ordinance, or other matter as filed with the court. |
| Issuing court | Nephi City Justice Court when the city court holds the case. |
| Fine / bond | Ask the clerk; no Juab warrant bond schedule was found. |
| Status | Confirm active, served, or recalled status with the court. |
Juab County Municipal Warrant Office or City Hall
Mona, Rocky Ridge, and Eureka publish municipal office contacts, but the reviewed official pages do not show current police warrant desks or separate city-court portals. A city clerk may route a question about where a citation went; that is different from confirming a warrant or changing a court record.
Under Utah GRAMA, requests for agency-held records go to the office that keeps them. A court case request belongs with the court clerk. For county Sheriff reports use the Sheriff's Records Division, not as a substitute for either court.
How to Resolve a Juab County Municipal Court Warrant
Call the court holding the case and ask whether payment, a reset, a judge appearance, or a bond is required. Nephi accepts some payments in person, by mail, and online, but its page says no phone payment. The county policy also says phone calls are for questions and arrangements, not card payment.
- Use the citation and call the court that issued the warrant.
- Ask whether payment is allowed or a judge requires an appearance.
- Do not pay online before applying for Nephi traffic school.
- Ask the clerk when the warrant and underlying case status will update.
Warning: A fine payment does not prove the warrant is recalled; ask the issuing court for status and next steps.
Juab County Municipal Warrant Payment and Recall
Nephi's page says online payment needs the citation or court case number and adds a service fee. The court also warns people seeking traffic school to apply first. A payment receipt shows that a payment was sent; only the court can say whether a warrant was recalled or a hearing remains due.
No separate payment, recall, amnesty, or bond schedule was located for Mona, Levan, Rocky Ridge, or Eureka. For those cases, follow the named court's instructions rather than applying Nephi's payment rules to another place.
Juab County's combined court payment policy describes accepted methods.
Confirm warrant recall directly with the clerk before relying on a receipt.
